Clint was born and raised in Perth Western Australia but has called Hamilton home for the past 22 years. With a young family and local ties, he has deep roots in the city and surrounding districts.

In addition to his primary residence, he has strategically built and managed his own investment property portfolio. Over the past two decades, he has honed his skills in property selection, tenant relations, and financial management. He possesses a solid understanding of the nuances and challenges associated with property ownership and has first hand experience of everyday responsibilities from routine maintenance to navigating unforeseen challenges. He is level headed, practical and will look after your property the way he looks after his own.

With an extensive background in the design industry Clint has an eye for detail and understands the importance of clear communication, transparency, and building lasting relationships.
