You pick and choose the level of service and support you’d like with your rental property.
Four Management Options
There are four levels of service management – Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum.
With our bronze package, you pay a much lower management fee, and you can do some things yourself or pay for them as and when you need them.
At Platinum level,you pay a higher management fee, but everything is taken care of for you and your rent is even guaranteed for two weeks!
